Sales Associate for Luxury Apparel, Skiwear & Home and Gifts

Our Stores are one of the keys to our success.  As a Sales Associate for Gorsuch, you will play a key role in ensuring we achieve that excellence.  

We have a Full-time and Part-time seasonal position in our Gorsuch Store located in The Little Nell at the base of Ajax in Aspen, Colorado.  

 If you have experience in selling Ski Apparel, Ski accessories & Luxury Apparel & Home Furnishings this is a great opportunity to join our Gorsuch family of retail professionals.  We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with an interest in style, fashion and a passion for the mountain lifestyle to join our team providing the ultimate luxury experience for our clientele.  

Job Duties Include:

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the customer experience.  


• Seek fashion and product knowledge to educate, inspire and work with our clientele. 


• Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes staging and merchandising, sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.


• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, Ski shop sales, customer service, or other related fields.


• Skilled communication in English and Spanish a plus with excellent follow up and organizational skills.


• Must be able to multitask and work in busy environment. 


• Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.  


• Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems.  

Compensation and Benefits: 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $23- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
