Packer and Shipper

The packer & shipper plays a crucial role in our shipping department ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders within the retail trade industry. This position involves selecting products from inventory based on order specifications and carefully packing them to maintain product integrity during shipping. The role requires attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams, the Picker/Packer helps maintain smooth operations and supports overall supply chain efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret order forms and inventory lists.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or handheld scanning devices.
