At Tenacity Ag Services we specialize in contract animal caregiving for swine from wean to finish stages. We provide reliable, hands-on care that producers can trust. Our services include daily animal care, swine loading, and vaccination support.
Our goal is simple: to care for livestock responsibly while helping producers succeed.
Load Crew Members will:
- Load swine onto trailers in a calm, safe, and efficient manner
- Follow animal welfare guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Work closely with crew members to ensure smooth, timely loading
- Handle animals with care to minimize stress and injury
- Maintain biosecurity in loading areas and around farm sites
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
