- Role Description
JWM Wealth Management, LLC (JWM) is seeking a talented and knowledgeable professional to serve in the capacity of Customer Service Advisor in its Haddonfield, New Jersey office.
The Customer Service Advisor’s primary role is to support our advisory teams in helping our clients live the best possible life. This person’s duties are multi-faceted and require strong communication and numerically oriented skills. The ideal candidate must successfully manage time, identify tasks, determine priorities, and most importantly, extend a warm and professional experience to a very select clientele.
Responsibilities & Activities
- Assist Senior Advisor in meetings which includes, prep, note taking and post meeting follow up
- Serve as primary contact in performing a wide range of financial planning duties for both new and existing clients, including: retirement modeling, risk management/insurance analysis, educational modeling, reviews of estate plan documents (with assistance), reviews of tax situation and other applicable financial planning topics. Work closely with other members of the planning team to collect and analyze data.
- Work within a defined system where client contact is made on a scheduled, proactive basis:
- Serve as lead in preparing agendas, organizing plans, preparing for client review meetings, and providing appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate all aspects of client plan presentations, including ensuring that all research and data gathering is complete, and presentation materials are prepared in a timely fashion
- Prepare and occasionally present comprehensive financial plans
- Compose and generate correspondence and client documents, including spreadsheets and reports
- Participate in the portfolio review/monitoring process and work in collaboration with investment team to manage cash flow, tax issues, etc. associated with client portfolios
- Research planning ideas
- Prepare and present concise financial planning summaries to prospective clients; provide relationship management for opportunities that are developed
- Maintain retirement plan models and assist in employee education.
- Some admin and operations duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
