JWiz is hiring motivated, confident, and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join our Queens sales team.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy selling, are comfortable making outbound calls, and are motivated by commissions and bonuses.
If you have experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, solar, merchant cash advance, telemarketing, retail sales, or appointment setting, we want to hear from you.
No door-to-door selling. No traveling. This is a full-time, office-based sales position.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized business owners.
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present JWiz services and explain the benefits of working with us.
- Schedule and conduct Zoom sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Who We're Looking For
- Some previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Confident speaking with business owners.
- Motivated by commissions, bonuses, and achieving sales goals.
- Persistent, competitive, and able to handle rejection.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable, professional, and eager to improve sales skills.
You don't need years of experience, but you must have a sales mindset and a willingness to pick up the phone and sell.
