We are currently seeking top candidates to become New Home Sales Assistants to fill temporary and part-time job assignments with these builder clients.
Temporary sales assistant assignments are your stepping stone into an exciting and lucrative career with a new home builder. Essential Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
- Greeting potential buyers, building rapport, and providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features, benefits, and community details and amenities.
- Gathering details and taking diligent notes such as buyers’ likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home to forward on to the on-site sales consultant.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions on-site including with Builder client team and prospective buyers
Qualifications:
- 1 years’ experience in high-end sales/customer service
- Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Driven professional with a desire to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Real estate sales experience or knowledge a plus
- Those with experience in customer-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply
Licensed real estate professionals are required to place their license on inactive status as a condition of employment to prevent a conflict of interest with our homebuilder clients.
