JWilliams & Associates is seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Executive / Future Business Development Director to help drive growth across our AI, enterprise software, consulting, and SaaS platforms. We are a 22-year-old U.S.-based technology company focused on AI, operational intelligence, automation, analytics, enterprise software, and custom development engagements. This is a 100% remote role with realistic compensation potential exceeding $200k annually through salary, uncapped residual commission, bonuses, and potential equity participation. Current Enterprise SaaS offerings include: • OpportunityForge AI • ServiceForge AI • DealForge AI Additional BusinessForge Suite platforms are currently scheduled for release over the next 120 days. Primary Responsibilities: • Enterprise SaaS sales • AI and operational intelligence solution sales • Custom software development engagements • Strategic account development • Ongoing account management responsibility tied to residual compensation This role includes direct exposure to CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, and Director-level leadership within our client organizations. Ideal candidates should have: • Strong B2B consultative sales experience • Understanding of ERP, CRM, WMS, APIs, integrations, and operational workflows • Ability to identify operational pain points and align technology solutions to solve them

• General IT and business operations knowledge strongly preferred Experience with platforms such as SAP, Epicor, Business Central, Deltek Vantagepoint, Blue Yonder, HighJump, or ServiceNow is a major plus.

Additional Details: • Initial 60-day commission-based ramp period • Transition into salary uncapped residual commission structure • Leadership-level access and collaboration with company ownership • Company-generated leads and marketing support provided • Up to 25% travel for larger client engagements (travel expenses paid) • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Background check required • Exceptional English communication skills required
