We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of snacks and beverages. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food handling and preparation standards are met, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the snack bar area.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
• Prepare and serve snacks and beverages according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the snack bar area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Previous experience in food service or a quick service fast food restaurant is helpful.
• Basic culinary skills for food preparation and handling are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
