What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Engineer position at JW Resources?
Well established and respected heavy civil construction company has an immediate need for an experienced PROJECT ENGINEER. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong planning and problem solving skills capable of functioning efficiently in a fast paced environment. They will provide field and project engineering support to the team that builds multi million dollar heavy civil projects. Responsibilities will include procuring materials, project planning, managing the schedule, submittals, record quantities and update cost reports, inspect site to ensure quality standards are met.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1 years of heavy civil construction experience with an emphasis on structures. A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, P6 Primavera, HCSS and BlueBeam is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills are a must!
