Position Overview:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming calls. This role supports daily office operations by managing front-desk duties, handling mail and packages, maintaining supplies, and providing general administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages.

Manage and maintain office supply inventory; coordinate replenishment as needed.

Log, file, and organize samples and related documentation.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts.

Answer and screen incoming phone calls; route calls appropriately.

Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
