What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hedge Fund Marketer position at JW Michaels & Co.?
Our client is a $4Bil AUM Credit-centric global Hedge Fund looking to add an IR/Marketing professional to join their team. This is an exciting position that will report into the Head of Marketing.
This is a closely knit team that works seamlessly with the CEO, the Portfolio team and other key stakeholders in the Fund. On a daily basis you'll be interacting with Investors, trained on the Fund's strategy. You'll be asked to travel, participate client presentations & developing marketing materials, help preparing ODD & RFPs and more. This is a great growth opportunity in an established Fund!
- Bachelor’s degree with advanced degrees or CFA considered highly
- At least 3 years marketing for a Credit-related fund or Credit Sales on a top Sell Side desk
- with at least one to three years of experience in a Hedge Fund Marketing role
- Experience working within Credit with an emphasis on knowing at a top level CDS & CDX
- Superior communication skills including written & verbal
- Collaborative team player capable of working Comfortable making presentations
- Outstanding project & organizational skill sets ,
- Must have strong command of MS Office including Power Point, Excel, Visio – ideally PowerBI; Python and SQL a plus
- Ability to attend conferences and travel as needed
- Attention to details a MUST!!
No interns will be considered. Must have experience in Credit Derivatives & CDS
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
