Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, creating a calm and reassuring environment
- Prepare treatment rooms with precision and intention to ensure seamless clinic flow
- Assist providers with functional medicine, aesthetics, hormone therapy, and wellness procedures
- Perform vitals, intake documentation, and clinical prep with impeccable accuracy
- Support lab draws, specimen collection, and EMR updates with professionalism
- Educate patients on pre-care, post-care, and clinic expectations
- Anticipate the needs of both patients and providers
- Maintain a pristine, organized clinical environment that reflects our elevated brand
- Honor patient confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical and hospitality standards
- Contribute to the heart of our culture through kindness, teamwork, and intentional service
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (but strong experience will be considered)
- Experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics environment is highly valued
- A refined, professional demeanor and exceptional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay composed in a dynamic environment
- Confidence with technology and EMR documentation
- A desire to learn and grow within functional medicine and advanced aesthetics
- Empathy, reliability, and a passion for serving others
- A commitment to delivering a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience
