Role Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience for every shipment. You’ll also support the finance team by managing invoices and monitoring accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process work instructions from email; follow operational guidelines accurately
- Perform scanning, labeling, counting, and inspection of goods
- Prepare documentation and update system records as required
- Assist with dispatch tasks, including coordinating basic delivery information and supporting last-mile procedures
- Handle general customer inquiries and help resolve simple issues
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations
Experience
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with warehouse and customer service teams
- Basic computer skills (email, simple data entry)
- Experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required
Preferred
- Experience with large parcel or freight delivery services
- Familiarity with instant pricing and shipment monitoring systems
- Experience with accounting or invoicing software

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
