About the Role
JW FULFILLMENT is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee for our Ontario, California fulfillment operation. This is a full-time, on-site training role focused on warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, data accuracy, process improvement, and team coordination. The selected candidate will learn established operating procedures, rotate through key functions, and progressively take ownership of daily operational tasks and improvement projects. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment, not a purely administrative position.
Position Details
- Employment type: Full-time, non-exempt
- - Workplace type: On-site
- - Location: Ontario, California
- - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, including a one-hour unpaid meal period
- - Starting compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and qualifications
- - Overtime eligibility: In accordance with applicable law
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support inbound receiving, putaway, inventory control, outbound fulfillment, and shipping operations.
- - Maintain accurate inventory, order, and operational records.
- - Assist with cycle counts, discrepancy research, and follow-up on operational exceptions.
- - Track key operating data and prepare routine Excel-based reports.
- - Support the development, documentation, and improvement of standard operating procedures and workflows.
- - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to resolve issues and keep work moving on schedule.
- - Learn daily workforce planning, task assignment, quality control, and team coordination practices.
- - Participate in operational improvement projects and take on additional responsibility as capabilities develop.
- - Follow company policies and all applicable workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer-based systems.
- - Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills.
- - Ability to learn new processes and follow established procedures accurately.
- - Willingness to work on-site and remain engaged with day-to-day warehouse operations.
- - Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, or order processing is preferred but not required.
