Our Santa Rosa Branch is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to support installers, retail partners, and customers in a busy, service-centered environment.
If you’ve worked in home improvement retail, flooring sales, customer service, or any home services-related setting, your experience will be a strong match for this role. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Office Coordination
- Manage daily communications, including phone calls, emails, scheduling needs, and office correspondence.
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment.
Support for Flooring Installers & Contractors
- Assist with scheduling installations, work orders, and daily assignments.
- Keep documentation accurate and updated to support job flow.
- Communicate with installers in Spanish when needed.
Retail Partner Collaboration
- Work directly with retail home improvement partners to coordinate product orders, deliveries, pickups, and returns.
- Respond to partner inquiries by phone or email.
- Ensure clear communication between retail partners, installers, and the JW management team.
Customer Service
- Provide prompt, professional support to customers regarding products, scheduling, or service questions.
- Offer helpful guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Administrative Support
- Assist with morning dispatch and installation paperwork.
- Update internal systems through data entry and documentation.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
- Experience in retail home services, flooring, home improvement, or a similar environment is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile tablets
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, part-time role
