This is a place built by two diesel guys, Jeremy and Will, who met in middle school, went to Wyotech, and have been wrenching together ever since. The work is serious, the environment is relaxed, and there is zero flat rate. Just honest hours, straight talk, and solid trucks.

What you will like here

• Hourly pay plus production bonus
• Production bonus: extra $3 per hour when you bill 40 hours a week, $4 per hour at 45
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• No flat rate
• Climate controlled: heated in winter, cooled in summer

The work you will be doing
JW Diesel focuses on domestic light-duty diesel trucks with some gas and Toyota ranch trucks in the mix. You will see a lot of work on:

• Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins trucks
• Real testing on drivability, electrical, and performance concerns
• Engine, fuel, and aftertreatment systems
• Steering, suspension, brakes, A/C and general repair
• Fleet and loyal repeat customers who expect things done right, not rushed

You will be using

• OEM-level scan and test equipment for Ford, GM, and Chrysler
• A clean, organized 4-bay shop with a new 12K lift going in
• ShopBoss for workflow and DVIs

• Fast-paced but not chaotic
• Owners are in the building every day, turning wrenches and helping on tough jobs
• Questions, second opinions, and extra time on tricky problems are supported
• Monthly shop meetings, open feedback, and one-on-one conversations

Growth and training

• In-person training in Denver, Las Vegas, and other events
• Online and factory-style Ford training
• National trainers and classes
• A clear path to grow your skills, responsibility, and income over time

Who will fit here

• Have experience with domestic light-duty diesel trucks and want to keep sharpening that skill set
• Are comfortable using a scan tool and computer as part of your daily testing
• Enjoy solving problems, not just swapping parts
• Show up on time, take pride in your work, and communicate clearly in your notes
• Can work as part of a small, tight team where everyone pitches in

Basic expectations

• Bring a solid personal tool set; the shop supplies major and specialty tools
• Comfortable with at least 30 billed hours a week and pushing into the 40 range when the work is there
