Pay: $30.00–$45.00/hour, based on experience and responsibility level.
Schedule: Full-time, travel required up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and manage site crews
- Operate and train staff on forestry equipment
- Enforce safety policies and site rules
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of heavy equipment experience required
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year record
- Strong leadership, safety awareness, and team management skills
- Bi-Lingual a plus
