IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Through our one-on-one training program, you will learn recruiting basics and implement strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Gain hands-on experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and building strong relationships with candidates.
- Partner closely with experienced Recruiters and Account Managers to learn the intricacies of the staffing industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion and desire to succeed in sales.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales-related position is preferred.
- Business, Sales, or Marketing degree preferred but not required.
