Hours: Four 10-hour shifts from 7:00am - 5:30pm
Operation Days: Monday-Thursday and some scheduled Saturday overtime is required

Job Description and Duties
1. Electronic Dismantler- Dismantles/disassembles electronic equipment that is delivered to the facility for processing. Dismantlers are also responsible for sorting electronic equipment and placing it in designated locations. Dismantlers will need to be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day while standing for long periods at a time.
2. Conveyor Picker- Is trained on an assigned belt to pick and separate electronic components or metals that get shredded from the processed material. A picker must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to keep up with the flow of the material.
3. Collection Event Worker – Public electronic collection events are scheduled on Saturdays. When assigned, workers will travel to the scheduled event location to collect electronic recyclables from customer vehicles. Public paper shred events are scheduled on Saturdays. When assigned, workers travel to the event location with a shred truck and collect paper from customer vehicles to perform paper shredding services onsite.
4. Employees will perform services that will expose them to client confidential information and must exercise a reasonable degree of care to keep information in strict confidence to prevent disclosure to others.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity working with power and hand tools
- Safely lift 50 lbs.
- Hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Work in a warehouse environment
- Availability to work assigned Saturdays
- Drivers license with previous experience driving a box truck or willingness to learn to drive a box truck.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
Hiring Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to pass pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screen. Must possess a valid drivers license.
