Training Overview:
- FREE 8-week training resulting in guaranteed job placement as a Manufacturing Associate at Takeda Pharmaceutical
- Training will be held on Fridays and Saturdays
- Training takes place at Quincy College
- Jobs are either at the Lexington or Cambridge Takeda locations
- Program includes hands-on lab training at Quincy College, job readiness workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support you as you go through the program
- Program participants can receive stipends up to $600 at checkpoints throughout the training
Eligibility:
- Can legally work in the United States
- Must have basic algebra & science knowledge
- Must have advanced English language skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts
- Can start a full-time job immediately after program completion
