CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Bilingual)
JVK Operations Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Representative for NY Metropolitan area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily communication between customer and JVK including daily order requirements and soil returns.
Responsible for management of all clean and soil weights, ensure soil returns are within Established Soil Factor range and that billing information is processed timely.
Create and promote loss prevention at customer, measure and communicate any losses, and ensure any approved charges are billed to customer.
Responsible for ensuring the account is in line with their payment terms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to develop relationships.
Maintain accurate records of all linens delivered and sends information to necessary areas to evaluate usage and control costs.
Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.
Gather information and data from various sources to determine customer problems and needs.
Actively listen to concerns and requests of customers and strategic partners, which helps to identify their needs and requirements and to resolve their problems.
Manage the design, development, and implementation of Customer Satisfaction programs.
Implement major new directives from senior management to customers.
Prepare plans for projects or major assignments (e.g., tasks, resources, time frames).
Communicate project or program status, work activities, and potential problem reports to supervisors, team members, and others (e.g., legal, communications).
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Inventory control experience.
- Able to work effectively with customer staff in providing services.
- Experience in general coordination of departmental activities.
