Role Description This is a contract Content Creator role in a hybrid work arrangement based in Fairfax, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Content Creator will develop original, platform-appropriate content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels, aligned with each client’s brand voice and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include planning content calendars, drafting copy and visual concepts, collaborating with designers or videographers, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, refining content based on insights, and participating in client calls or internal meetings to align on strategy. The Content Creator is expected to manage deadlines for multiple projects, maintain clear communication with the team, and uphold consistent quality and messaging across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in content writing and editing for digital platforms, including social media and blogs.
- Experience developing content concepts and storytelling approaches that support marketing and brand objectives.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple client projects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices for audience engagement and growth.
