Responsibilities Diagnose and repair garage door systems and some automotive repair. Install new garage door systems following specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct inspections of systems to identify potential problems early and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Proven experience as a service technician with a strong attention to detail, problem solving, accuracy, measurements, and patience. Demonstrated ability to prepare for the day before, review appointments in the day, stock your vehicle appropriately, communicate effectively with those who need to be informed for proper tasks. Applying mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and effectively.
