The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM platforms.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content updates to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- User Advocacy: Analyze customer feedback trends to provide actionable insights for our product and marketing development teams.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and maintain our brand’s digital footprint across various platforms to ensure a positive user sentiment.
What We’re Looking For
- Professionalism: 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Digital Marketing.
- Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (Keywords, SERPs, Meta-tags) and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console or Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Problem Solver: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle complex technical queries while maintaining a calm demeanor.
