- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s social-emotional growth.
- Engage with children through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and early intervention strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and other educators to support children’s overall welfare and developmental progress.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of each child's progress using standardized testing methods and observational techniques to inform instruction.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management.
- Support children’s physical well-being through activities like teaching physical education and ensuring proper toddler care practices are followed.
- Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential.
