Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Fundraising Director in TX-35. The Fundraising Director will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies, cultivate and manage donor relationships, organize events, and oversee financial goals. Responsibilities also include preparing compelling proposals, ensuring compliance with fundraising guidelines, and working collaboratively to support mission-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and revenue generation
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in event planning and coordination
- Financial management and the ability to track and oversee fundraising goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing
- Knowledge of public affairs, advocacy campaigns, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, or a related field
