We are hiring a Guest Service Specialist (Front Desk Associate) to provide warm, professional guest experience in a polished, people-first salon environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, or community-facing roles who enjoy building relationships and being part of a consistent team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and create a calm, friendly first impression
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
• Offer beverages, retail product suggestions, and add-on services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area
• Contribute to a well-kept, guest-ready salon as part of a supportive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a steady, guest-focused environment
• Basic computer and scheduling system comfort
• Availability for nights and weekends

Qualifications & Work Environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; guest service or retail experience preferred but not required
• This role requires standing for extended periods and light physical activity typical of a salon environment.
