Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property management principles, fair housing regulations, and exceptional customer service skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, property leasing, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations (rent collection, recertifications, inspections) including tenant relations, leasing agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws governing property management.
- Conduct property showings and upsell available units to prospective tenants.
- Oversee the leasing process, including application processing, lease signing, and move-in coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant files, lease agreements, and maintenance logs.
- Address tenant concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
