Interns are not observers…they are key contributors. Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams.

This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

The Finance Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by function but may include:
- Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
- Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Partner with finance and cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain) on ad hoc analyses
- Assist in improving financial processes, templates, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, BI tools)
- Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
- Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership
- Real-world experience in industrial safety manufacturing
- Direct exposure to experienced professionals and industry leaders

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
