The Contribution You'll Bring To This Role
ThisTruck Driverposition is responsible for transporting finished goods and raw material trailers between Justrite's four facilities located in Wellsburg, WV. The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient and timely movement of materials to support production schedules and meet customer delivery expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with facility teams.
In this role, you will report directly to the Distribution Center Manager, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

OurWarehouseteam is the backbone of our operations, working hard every day to ensure products are received, organized, and shipped with precision and care. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork, this dedicated group plays a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving and our customers satisfied. Whether it's managing inventory, loading trailers, or supporting cross-functional teams, our warehouse team takes pride in getting the job done right-and doing it together.
What You'll Do At Justrite
Performs duties in compliance with company safety rules and operating regulations and practices
Must possess good communication, customer service, judgement skills and follow direction of supervisor
Drop and hook trailers at designated dock doors
Inspect vehicles and containers for mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance ensuring safe transportation of all trailers
Attention to detail, decision making skills and able to follow instructions and protocols
Operate and work in a team environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Your Skills And Expertise
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
High school diploma or GED
CDL Class A certification
2 to 3 years' experience with 53-foot van trailers or flatbed
