JustinBradley’s client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 3-month project to support critical business applications and drive technology solutions across multiple teams. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, modifying, and providing daily functional support for a range of systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Must be near Hudson Yards, NY for their 3 day onsite requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across various business functions to ensure technology solutions align with organizational strategies.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate needs into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support decisions around system enhancements and implementations.
- Leverage strong knowledge of business operations to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide support for one or more complex business processes and ensure smooth system performance.
- Contribute as a core project team member on multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that technical solutions effectively meet user needs.
Must Have Skills / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in adtech, ad sales systems, or related environments is preferred.
- Standard Business Analyst toolkit (requirements documentation, process mapping, user stories, etc.).
- Experience with Ad Sales technology or scheduling platforms such as Broadview (preferred).
- Strong requirement gathering experience.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
