Associate People & Culture Business Partner
The Associate People & Culture Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle through both administrative execution and strategic partnership. This role manages key P&C processes—including benefits administration, recruiting and interviewing support, reporting, and policy management—while contributing to initiatives that enhance productivity, elevate performance, and improve overall business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of escalation for employee questions, interpret policies, and support the resolution of work-related issues.
- Guide team members on advising management regarding organizational and employee matters.
- Create communications, reports, and presentations for senior P&C and business leaders to support talent strategies and change-management initiatives.
- Generate, maintain, and audit reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Manage and process data using tools such as Excel, Orgvue, and Miro.
- Support the launch and operationalization of programs, including budgeting, communications, and intake of requests.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and customer service.
- High proficiency in Excel; highly process-driven and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Solid understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
- Familiarity with benefit programs, pay-scale structures, and HR systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
