We are looking for a driven, hungry, service-oriented real estate professional to join one of Utah’s top-producing real estate teams.
This is NOT a traditional “wait for leads and hope” agent position.

Our team sells 100 homes per year and has built a strong reputation through marketing, client experience, and consistent production.
You will work directly inside our systems with leads, buyers, past clients, and active opportunities already flowing through the business.
Compensation:
Base Salary
- $42,000 annual base salary
Additional Compensation
- 5% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) on closed buyer transactions
- Fuel reimbursement
