POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for Accounts Payable and assisting in Human Resources.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and comply with all rules and policies in the Employee Handbook.
- Review all documentation (purchase orders, receipts and vendor invoices); ensuring proper 3 way match prior to vouching into ERP System.
- Enter accounts payable vouchers for all vendors, for both Tennessee and South Carolina.
- Prepare check runs on the 15th and 30th of the month.
- Assist the Assistant Controller with Human Resource responsibilities.
- Relieve on switchboard as necessary.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experiences in office environment preferably in accounts payable area. Experience in Human Resources also desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Good mathematical/computational skills.
- Ability to use a computer and applicable related software and ten key.
- High level of responsibility.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule as required by workload.
- Exhibit genuine commitment to all Company goals, policies, and procedures.
- Exhibit proper team oriented attitude.
- Exercise poise and creativity especially when dealing with vendors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:
- Frequent typing using a computer to perform work.
- Frequent using a keyboard and/or calculator.
- Frequent sitting while performing work.
- Occasionally standing while performing work without being able to sit down.
- Normal office environment with constant comfortable temperatures and exposure to low noise levels (e.g., faxes, phones, printers, etc.).
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
