Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their work
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, following safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Help with demolition, framing, concrete pouring, or other construction activities as directed
Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks that require strength, stamina, and agility
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and practices
- Willingness to operate tools and equipment safely under supervision
