As a sales representative, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
- Service existing insurance customers with payments and policy questions
- Generate new business through cross selling
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
- Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License (preferred, not required)
- Bilingual, speaking and writing both English and Spanish
- Confident, motivated individual
- Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
