What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through their treatment options in a clear, friendly, and confident way
- Present dental treatment plans (we train you completely)
- Handle financial discussions, insurance estimates, and payment options
- Build trust with patients through empathy, professionalism, and follow-up
- Overcome objections and help patients feel confident about moving forward
- Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up with unscheduled treatment
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver an excellent experience

Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of experience in high-ticket sales, customer service, or patient coordination
- Confident, warm communicator who builds trust quickly
- Comfortable discussing financing, pricing, and commitment
- Strong follow-up skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive, patient-first mindset
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
