Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Designer located in Minneapolis, MN. The Associate Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of fashion collections and products. Daily tasks include creating design concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing fittings, and ensuring alignment with the company’s creative vision. Additionally, the Associate Designer will conduct market research, evaluate trends, and contribute to the execution of seasonal collections.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in fashion design, technical drawing, and garment construction
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and market analysis
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant education or degree in Fashion Design or a related field
