Job Responsibilities
The Account Associate will closely collaborate with all departments of the Justin Alexander team and will report to the Client Services Manager:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and direct message using proper etiquette
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Maintain ongoing service levels with internal and external departments to meet clients' needs
- Enter data in various platforms, including new orders and return authorizations
- Receive, enter, and track customer orders, fabric orders, and swatch requests
- Manage the CS Inbox on a daily basis to ensure timely assistance with customer needs
- Assist an assigned territory and support all company territories with their Client Services needs
- Develop strong knowledge of company history, policies, product, and best-selling styles
- Offer information on Trunk Shows, the Loaner Program, and program details and discounts for customers
- Perform rotational duties as distributed
- Be flexible to provide Saturday coverage when needed
- Assist other departments as needed
- May include attending bridal events such as Trunk Shows, Pop-Ups, collection launches and bridal trade shows
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of professionalism, organization, and customer-first thinking. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field (bridal or fashion industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a warm, polished demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and client requests
- Comfort working across multiple digital platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates and cross-functional departments
- Flexibility to assist with Saturday coverage and occasional in-person events or trade shows
- A passion for fashion, exceptional client experiences, and building lasting relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
This role has an anticipated base salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills and internal equity. Justin Alexander offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
