Bilingual Spanish Verification Specialist

Looking for a flexible schedule to meet your needs? Justifacts is looking to hire a Spanish-speaking Verification Specialist to join our Verifications Team.

Verification Specialists help companies avoid dishonest and unreliable hires by placing outbound calls to confirm degrees, verify employment history, and interview professional references as part of the pre-employment screening process.

This role requires the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish, as a growing number of our verifications involve Spanish-speaking employers, schools, and references.

This position may be in-office at our Murrysville, PA location, hybrid, or fully remote for candidates residing in Pennsylvania. Hybrid or remote arrangements may be available after successful completion of the probationary period (typically 90 days).

Position Responsibilities

• Contact employers and educational institutions to verify applicant information as part of the pre-employment screening process
• Conduct phone interviews with former supervisors and professional references
• Clearly document information obtained in our proprietary online system
• Use friendly and professional interviewing skills to gather accurate information about a person’s work experience and skill set
• Communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking contacts

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to accurately process data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and with good judgment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; college experience preferred
