About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Family Services Case Manager to support youth and families by connecting them with community resources and helping them build stability. If you have experience in Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Services, and want meaningful work, this is a great fit.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 3 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required clearances and a post-offer drug screening
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends
What You’ll Do
- Assess family needs and develop service plans
- Provide support and guidance using evidence-based approaches
- Connect families to community resources (housing, healthcare, etc.)
- Transport clients as needed using your personal vehicle
- Help families strengthen skills and work toward long-term stability
