Family Resource Specialist
JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Child Welfare Case Manager! As a Child Welfare Case Manager, you will be responsible for working with families to ensure they have access to the resources they need to support their children. You will be the point of contact for families, offering support and assistance with locating community resources. You will be responsible for assessing the families needs and providing resources and services to help families achieve stability. The qualified Child Welfare Case Manager will:
- Provide same day safety assessments..
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Child Welfare Case Manager will have:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Completion of Foundation of Pennsylvania Child Welfare Practice Training.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
