Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required clearances and a post-offer drug screening
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends
- Assess family needs and develop service plans
- Provide support and guidance using evidence-based approaches
- Connect families to community resources (housing, healthcare, etc.)
- Transport clients as needed using your personal vehicle
- Help families strengthen skills and work toward long-term stability
