- Provisional: LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A
- Independent: LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, family systems, and evidence-based practices.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass all required clearances and pre-employment screenings.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate care with community partners.
- Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing training.
- Attend IEP meetings and interagency meetings (e.g., DJJ).
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
