Centerpoint is a 16-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission of Centerpoint is the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors. Centerpoint provides a secure, clinically intensive residential program that enhances growth and coping skills. The program’s ultimate goal is to enable each resident to attain optimal psychological and social growth; to transition to a less restrictive setting and eventually into the greater community.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Schedule: 16 to 24 hours per week

- Must be at least 21 years or older.
- High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree in a human services field are preferred.
- Must have personal experience living with and recovering from mental health needs, substance use, and/or traumatic life concerns which caused challenges in one or more areas of life.
- Must have experience as a Peer Mentor, or have successfully completed an advanced peer to peer training program (such as Certified Peer Specialist training).
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
