This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/PLCYPLN), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff, and Administration, Shared Services & Internal Controls Directorate in Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for providing enterprise program oversight and directorate leadership for information security governance, policy/planning integration, project management, advisory services, and supervisory authority of branch.
Basic Qualifications (2210 series):
Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-15 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience. Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/PLCYPLN) GS-2210-15 generally include, but are not limited to, the following:- Oversees risk posture and security controls utilizing advanced information assurance, risk management, configuration management, systems lifecycle, and quality assurance principles to protect mission-critical systems.
- Establishes standardized tools, methodologies, and performance frameworks to ensure disciplined execution and infrastructure alignment.
- Develops and maintains long-range IT strategic plans aligned with national security priorities, organizational objectives, and federal mandates.
- Directs organization wide project management governance for national and government wide IT initiatives.
