Justice For Workers P.C. is a law firm that specializes in plaintiff-side employment law and workers' compensation. We current have multiple openings for the bilingual LEGAL ASSISTANT position. The candidate must be bilingual in KOREAN. This is an entry-level position.
We have two offices: our head quarter in Los Angeles; and our Orange County branch in Westminster. If you prefer to work in the Los Angeles office, please let us know.
The hourly rate for this position is $21-26/hr DOE discretionary bonus.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, speak, and write competently in Korean
- Must be comfortable communicating to clients on the phone and in person
- Recent (<2 years) college graduate with a GPA of 3.5

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential and current clients
- Drafting correspondence to clients
- Calendaring legal deadlines and set reminders for attorneys
- Scanning and filing documents
- Preparing and e-file court forms
- Drafting and serving (electronically and via mail) simple legal documents
- Transcribing legal documents
- Tracking case costs
- Performing various other tasks to provide support to attorneys
- Performing various administrative tasks
