Title: Associate Attorney — Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation
Location: Westminster, California and Los Angeles, California
Justice For Workers, P.C. is a growing plaintiff-side employment litigation firm fighting for workers' rights across California. We prosecute wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour class action lawsuits.
We are looking for a attorney with 0–6 years of employment litigation experience to join our team.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $140,000–$200,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonuses — total annual compensation can exceed $300,000
Requirements:
- Admitted (or pending admission) to the California State Bar
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
- Strong academic credentials
