Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Manage wholesale sales channels and maintain strong partnerships with dispensaries, distributors, and retail partners.
- Establish annual sales forecasts, goals, and performance metrics for the PA/NJ region.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute brand placement strategies and promotional campaigns.
Client & Market Development
- Represent Justice Cannabis Co. as a passionate brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships through trust, transparency, and product education.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms to maximize profitability and shelf presence.
- Monitor competitive trends, pricing, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, compliant fulfillment of wholesale orders.
- Work with the Compliance team to ensure all sales activities meet state and federal regulatory standards.
- Align sales strategy with production schedules and inventory forecasting.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights and regular reporting on sales performance, market share, and revenue metrics.

- Serve as a role model of Justice Cannabis Co.'s values and people-first culture.
- Support the growth and development of Sales Managers and Account Executives within the region.
