What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and consistently surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build a high-performing, diverse team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Coach and mentor your PCAs (Personal Care Associates), equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results.
  • Address any performance or operational issues promptly, providing coaching and guidance to team members to foster growth and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Cultivate growth and development within your team by providing training, mentorship, and leveraging individual strengths to unlock potential.
  • Optimize productivity through accurate payroll forecasting, ensuring alignment with sales goals and efficient workload management.
  • Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L), strategically driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and addressing underperformance with innovative solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, sharing insights with senior leadership to shape strategies and achieve impactful results.
  • Uphold operational excellence by delegating effectively, reinforcing brand standards, and ensuring flawless execution of company initiatives.
  • Foster accountability and urgency within the team, responding swiftly to changes in the retail environment and keeping operations agile.
  • Safeguard company assets by enforcing compliance with safety standards, inventory controls, and loss prevention policies, while adhering to all regulations.
  • Proactively manage inventory by analyzing trends, maintaining ideal stock levels, and streamlining ordering processes to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain/submit reporting as required
  • Be open to occasional travel (10% - 25%) to support company initiatives or training needs.
  • Embrace new challenges and responsibilities as needed to support business goals and team success.
  • 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and consistently exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on talent development, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback, and skilled at managing change and fostering adaptability.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing store operations, including visual merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with state regulations.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise team members, making critical decisions regarding hiring, termination, performance evaluations, and professional development. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing team that consistently meets and exceeds business goals.
